Kirby Derby! It's Not Rocket Surgery!! Bring your friends, neighborhood, community and competitive spirit and participate in one of the big events. The theme is DERBY DEEDS: Mixed Metaphors, Cataclysmic Cliche, and Wreckless Wordplay.
Registration is free but required and limited in order to be a competitor and participate in events. Not really a racer or parader? Every competitor needs an audience! Bring your a game to the cheering section (registration not required for cheering, but costumes strongly encouraged)

3:00 Kirby Derby starts
3:30 Mini Pine Car Racers
4:30 Parade
5:30 Soap Box Derby Solos (Individual runs of The Gauntlet*)
6:00 Intermission / Paper Airplane competition
6:30 Soap Box Derby Head to Head
7:15 Presentations and music
Times are a bit fluid. Participants of parade and derby must be in position 30 minutes before posted start times

*The Gauntlet consists of:
1. Water hazard
2. 4" ramped jump
3. Slalom
Participants can elect to avoid the obstacles. However each obstacle attempted will result in a 5 second time boost.
