The goal is to finish.🌳 THE LAKEAfter completing the hill challenge, we’ll finish our loops around Shelley Lake.💪🏾 THE PULL-UP BARAt the pull-up station, it’s time to test your upper-body strength.Choose your challenge and give us your maximum set:• Pull-ups• Flexed-arm hang• Bar hang• Hanging leg raisesThen we’re going for max reps on:🔥 Push-ups🔥 CrunchesAnd when you think you’re done...ONE MORE LOOP.We’ll complete one final loop around Shelley Lake before making our way back to the Art Center.EVERYONE IS WELCOMED!
