It is estimated that 90% of all visits to healthcare providers are stress-related. Six in ten adults in the U.S. have chronic diseases such as asthma, heart disease, obesity, cancer, or diabetes, and four in ten adults have two or more. In addition, 52.9 million adults in the United States age 18 and older are affected by mental illnesses like anxiety disorders and depression.
