Travel south on OR-217 to I-205, south on Stafford Rd to the
Canby Ferry.

Take the Canby Ferry south ($5.00 car) continue on to Mt Angel for Oktoberfest in September! (Only in Oregon!!)

Things To See and Do…
There are many, many things to do and see at Oktoberfest. 

Take your time and wander the streets enjoying the music and taking in the sights, sounds and smell of delicious food selections.

Downtown Mt. Angel Activity, there’s more to Mt. Angel, than the beer garden!

Wiener Dog Races

Are a highlight on Saturday of Oktoberfest. These fierce competitors charge head-to-
head or perhaps head-to-tail. They line up at the starting line and tear down the race
field at tremendous speed! Races begin on Saturday starting at 12:00 noon, with finals
at about 4:00 pm, and awards at 5:00 at the Bandstand downtown.

Arts and Crafts

Mount Angel Oktoberfest is holding an Arts and Crafts show during the festival, Sept
17-20, 2026. Over one hundred and twenty artisans display their arts and crafts for sale
at Oktoberfest.

Arts and crafts are open 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday.
