RCF Tech Fest is a day-long technical event organized by RUET Career Forum. It aims to bring students together to explore innovation, build skills, and gain practical experience. The fest provides an interactive platform where participants can share ideas, solve real challenges, and express their creativity through hands-on activities.
Open to students interested in technology, engineering, design, and entrepreneurship, the event combines competition with learning. It encourages participants to go beyond textbooks, apply their knowledge in real situations, and learn alongside fellow students in a collaborative environment.

Students from any university are eligible to participate. Cross university teams are allowed.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
𝟏. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭
The Startup Summit will be conducted in two rounds, designed to evaluate both the strength of the idea and the team’s ability to communicate, defend, and refine it. Participating teams must submit their idea outlining their startup idea, problem statement, proposed solution, market potential, and overall feasibility.
𝟐. 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭 (𝐋𝐅𝐑)
Ever wondered how robots navigate the world around them? The Line Following Robot (LFR) segment challenges participants to design and program robots capable of navigating a predefined track with speed, accuracy, and intelligence. It is a test of logic, control systems, and mechanical precision—where every turn matters and every line tells a story. Conquer the course one wheel at a time.
𝟑. 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭
The CadCraft invites participants to transform ideas into detailed digital designs using computer-aided design tools. This segment focuses on creativity, technical accuracy, and engineering application, challenging participants to visualize, model, and present designs that balance innovation with functionality.
