4WD Qld K'Gari Cleanup Event
Join in on 4 days on the fabulous K'Gari Island, helping 4WD Queensland with their annual Island Clean Up Event.
The event is held annually over a weekend with Four Wheel Drive Queensland affiliated club members and event sponsors volunteering their time to clean marine debris from this beautiful World Heritage listed island.
Four Wheel Drive Queensland (4WD QLD) in collaboration with our partners in this venture, Queensland Department of Environment, Science and Innovation (DESI), Queensland Parks & Wildlife Service (QPWS), Butchulla Aboriginal Corporation (BAC), and Butchulla Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (BNTAC); 4WD QLD K’gari Clean Up solely relies upon on the generous support of our fabulous sponsors to ensure the events continuation into the future.
Attendance is only permitted for members of 4WD Qld Association and affiliated clubs.

Must be a current financial Four Wheel Drive Queensland affiliated club member.
Registration includes a discount barge fee, free vehicle access permit and free camping permit during the period of the event.
## Vehicle Registration Number Plates ##
Please ensure your vehicle registration number is kept up to date as this information will be provided to QPWS for the issuing of vehicle access permits after registrations close on the 1st of March 2026.
There are now number plate recognition cameras on K'gari Fraser Island. If you need to change your registration plate number before the event there is a form to update your rego on the cleanup website under the account tab.

All final cost for this event now includes GST.
## Card Fees ##
A 2.7% +99cents card fee will be added at checkout for all transactions.
The $11 Registration fee is not refundable.
