There is no “right” way to feel — simply allow yourself to be present with the sounds.We will close the session with silence and quiet inward reflection.✨Combining these 3 healing practices:Can enable you to drop down into your parasympathetic nervous system, the place where the body can heal and renew itself.Can promote relaxation and reduce stress, enhance a meditative state, inspire altered states of consciousness and allow for a deeper connection to oneself.Given the meditative, introspective space created during breathwork, sound healing, and yin yoga, the three are incredibly complementary.Many people leave these sessions feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and more connected to themselves.We have 3 sound healing & breathwork sessions on that weekend. Vibrations from the instruments & sacred chant assist the release of energetic and emotional blockages in the body and stimulate healing.✨ What is Yin: Yin is a feeling based practice resting into poses to release tension in the deeper layers of the body. All poses are floor based (no standing). Blockages within our emotional and physical body can be released through the long passive holds within a yin yoga practice. It is an excellent practice to help with sleep, to calm our nervous system and to bring a gentle stress/stretch to our connective tissues. Yin is also known as the practice of surrender.✨ What is Conscious Breathwork: Practices which have the potential to clear physical, emotional and mental obstacles in our body, free the breath and so free the flow of our life force. When we consciously transform and change the pattern of the breath, it changes our nervous system and brain work.
