To celebrate our opening day, we’ll be serving two whole wood- and charcoal-roasted pigs, slow-roasted and ready to go.

So Ladies and gentlemen, come early. This is a very traditional Caribbean dish, especially Puerto Rican, and we’re expecting a big crowd.
