# Event Details - **Event Name**: Dean Allen Off Road Motorcycle Training - 2nd May - Binegar Quarry - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 02 May, 2026 at 09:30 am – Sat, 02 May, 2026 at 04:00 pm (+01:00) - **Event Description**: Join us May 2nd at Binegar Quarry for Dean Allen’s off-road motorcycle training day!About this EventFrom your Coach on the structure of the day……Arrive in plenty of time for a 09:30 start with riding kit ongates open at 8am.Your day with us always begins with signing on and a safety brief.Your coach will talk to the group and ask questions about what kind of riding they have done – what they want to do, and if there’s something in particular they each want to get out of the day.The format of the day is then explained.A bike is then put on a stand and the group is asked to gather around.We then work our way down the bike, starting at the handlebars – finishing with tyres.The coaches assistant will sit on the bike and demonstrates different riding positions and ways to help conserve energy, all beneficial for all types of riding disciplines.We also talk about tools and spares to carry – suitable clothing- riding etiquette.This is usually completed in around 30 mins.We then get on bikes and ride a small loop of varying terrain.
