Life gets busy, and sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is a moment of stillness.

Join me for a peaceful, hands-on workshop where you'll create your own Zen-inspired garden while learning the symbolism behind each element and simple mindfulness practices you can use every day.

Together we'll slow down, sip herbal tea, create with intention, and design a beautiful garden that serves as a daily reminder to pause, breathe, and find peace in the present moment.

✨ In this workshop you'll:
🌿 Create your own mini Zen garden to take home
🪨 Learn the symbolism of sand, stones, moss, mountains, and other meaningful elements
🍵 Enjoy a relaxing cup of herbal tea
🧘 Practice mindful raking with a guided meditation
💚 Reflect on your personal intentions while you are designing your Zen Garden

No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and enjoy the process.
