– Timing, control and flow drills for real

2) Single–Double Stick and the Connection 
     to Unarmed Applications
– Understanding the link between single 
    and double stick
– How to transfer movements from weapon 
   to empty hand (and back again)
– Partner drills and transitions that build 
   coordination and adaptability

Open to all organizations and lineage. 
Everybody is welcome.
