All winter, we can’t wait for it to get here... but our East Texas heat and humidity sets in and we soon find ourselves sweaty, grumpy and inflamed.  

Small but mighty changes in your summer lifestyle can make a huge difference - physically, mentally and emotionally.  These small changes can help you get back to the active life you crave.  

This workshop will line out ways you can remain cool, calm and collected all season by making some simple adjustments right from the start of the super heated season.  

In this hands on workshop you’ll :

- Learn how to adjust your diet for the summer to stay keep cooler
- Experiment with ways you can jazz up your water to keep hydrated
- Discuss strategies for keeping you cool even when its hot and humid
- Explore the best seasonal self-care practices to stay zen and feel fabulous
- Make some tools like cooling mists and natural bug spray to keep you comfy as you explore the outdoors

Come learn how to live well this summer.
