Join us for an evening of networking, deal-sharing, and refreshments, followed by a powerful presentation from Rick Romeo and Frank Dean as they break down their first few years as real estate investors.

When you take action, good things happen. After attending meetings for just three months, Rick and Frank realized that forming a partnership was the right move to launch their investing careers. What began as a trial partnership quickly led to their first deal, which went under contract in January 2025. Fast forward through four rehabs and nearly $500,000 in profit, and this dynamic team is ready to share the key lessons and strategies behind their success.

Rick is a devoted husband and Dad to two wonderful kids. He has spent most of his
career in quality management roles for various companies that manufacture medical
equipment. Three years ago he decided to get a real estate license and began working
part time as an agent. In August of 2024 Rick began coming to Boston AREIA meetings and
very quickly joined TEAM-ENER-G with LAER.
After attending meetings for three months it became apparent to Rick that a partnership
was the way to begin his investing career. A trial partnership quickly led to the first deal
and in January of 2025, that property went under contract. The partnership called
‘Pioneer Real Estate Solutions’ performed four rehabs during 2025 and generated
nearly $500k profit for the three partners.

His recipe for success?

Find good partners, and then look for more….
Listen to and follow the guidance of those with experience
Don’t over complicate things, just stick to some basic principles
Be generous to those you work with.
Frank began his real estate investing journey 2 years ago with no prior experience and

limited time and capital. He has been an active member of Boston AREIA where he
found his investment partners.
Through partnerships, Frank has been involved in fix-and-flips, hybrid financing (private
capital and bank loan), buy-and-hold rentals, wholesaling, and private money lending.
He is the co-founder of Pioneer Real Estate Solutions and Exceptional Real Estate
Solutions.
Frank believes that partnerships, motivation, persistence, and continuous learning are
the keys to long-term success.
