In this class, we will learn how to make Crispy Tawilis in Olive Oil, Spanish-style Milkfish (Bangus) Sardines, Dulong in Olive Oil, Bacalao a la Vizcaina, Pinoy-style Tapenade, Balo-Balo, Homemade Bagoong and Queso de Bola Spread. We will also learn the important dos and don’ts in bottling and preserving food for selling. And also learn beautiful ideas for presentation and packing.
