Taste of Lebanon is a unique food pop-up event featuring a six-part food tasting menu prepared by the Wells Hotel along with a three-part beverage pairing curated by the Den (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available).

The Menu:
* Hors d’ouevre: mezze plate with garlic labneh, baba ghanoush and pita bread
* Soup: lemon lentil soup
* Appetizer: beef kofta with yogurt tahini sauce
* Salad: taboule with hummus
* Main: pomegranate lamb chop with za’atar carrots
* Dessert: baklawa

The Drink Pairing:
* White wine with the starters, red wine with the mains, prosecco with dessert
* Non-alcoholic drink pairing also available

*IMPORTANT* this is a set menu event. Substitutions and alternatives to the food menu will not be available.

When: Thursday, April 17th starting at 6:00 pm
Where: The Den by Moonshine Coffee, 690 Gray Ave. Quesnel, BC 
What's Included: Six food courses, and three drink pairings
The Price: $60 per person

Tickets are limited and available for purchase at the Den.
