The green living GATHERING is an initiative to share knowledge, experience, practices and products that support a more sustainable, low waste and eco-friendly community.
Last year’s gathering brought us together to learn from live presentations about composting, recycling, foraging, cold storage tips and ethical skin care. Launching the 2026 GATHERING where the last one left off we look forward to more free public presentations about invasive plant strategies, sustainable living with the 3 R’s (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), composting to reduce waste and a home milling demonstration!
The event will once again be a market style with a focus on interactive vendor booths, homemade snacks, live presentations and special demonstrations themed around the concept of the interconnectedness of life.
The green living GATHERING is an opportunity to mingle with friends and neighbours while meeting the experts and learning how our small everyday choices can create BIG changes for our planet!
