Burns Night is a time to enjoy Scottish traditions and celebrate the renowned poet Robert Burns. The celebrations centre around the Bard's birthday on January 25th. They first began in 1801 and have continued all over the world as an homage to his words and Scotland's enduring legacy of creativity.
Join us at the Wells Hotel on Sunday, January 25th for an evening that will feature music, poetry, food, whiskey, and good company. Door open at 5pm, festivities begin at 6pm.
Your ticket includes:
* a three-course traditional Scottish meal: soup, steak pie with neeps and tatties, and dessert, with sample of haggis,
* 4 x 1/2 oz curated Scotch whiskey tasting from our extensive collection.
* Bagpipes as played by local legands Judy Campbell and Donald Lindsay
* The poetry of Robbie Burns
* Vegetarian and alcohol-free options on offer as well.
