Our retreat home is in a private gated community nestled into the rainforest with infinity pool, in-house private chef, mountain spring river swimming, and waterfall hikes. Only ten minutes drive from the beach and thirty minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park.

Your ticket includes:
• Three hearty meals daily including local fresh cuisine, private in-home chef, a special dinner out, and fresh healthy snacks for grazing.
• (optional) daily yoga, nightly ecstatic dance, and sound meditation.
• Shared queen beds (option for private queen room available).
• All travel upon arrival to Costa Rica such as to and from the airport and any off-property trips/excusions.
• Excursions such as Manuel Antonio National Park, the beach, private waterfall hikes/swims, lunches out, special dining, & shopping (purchases are not covered).

Schedule - A casual, optional itinerary
   A typical day includes a sunrise silent meditation with loose leaf tea, followed by yoga and home cooked fresh breakfast.
   Enjoy time to rest and digest, forest bathe, have a casual walk to the waterfalls, or enjoy a dip in the pool.
   For lunch, we will head down the road for fresh cooked local cuisine. And some of the days we will experience various excursions such as private waterfall swimming, Manuel Antonio National Park tour, beach visit, and shopping.
   We will finish each day with rest and relaxation at our retreat home; with private chef cooked dinners, pool-side stretching or dancing, and nightly sound baths for deep restful sleeps.
