It’s designed to give emerging and middle managers the practical skills, confidence and perspective they need to become better leaders, while building connections with other professionals across the Upper Clutha.

The Academy is about more than learning new leadership skills. It’s about hearing how other people approach leadership, sharing experiences, and building relationships with people from different businesses and industries around the Upper Clutha.
