Sometimes the call is simple. Winter is here and sometimes we forget community is near. Sometimes our bodies start to frost like the early mornings and to thaw out in these darker days we can simply come together and dance. Come together and hug and laugh. Come together and drink a hot cuppa with some treats. Come together young and old, children, parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles and BE together. Honor the seasons transition and this precious place we call home.


Together we dance. Together we remember our bodies as earth and community as an ecosystem.


There will be a gentle opening of the space to invite presence and awareness of one another and then the music will begin to carry us through followed by a closing and offering of tea and treats.


For this dance I will welcome song recommendations prior to Friday and if you feel called to bring a morning snack to share after the dance, please feel free to do so!


Children are also welcome!! All generations and bodies welcome!
