About your facilitators:

Emma Pearce is an experienced Naturopath and Medical Herbalist who has been helping Otago locals since 2004. Passionate about natural health and preventative medicine, she founded Queenstown Naturopathy to help people find balance between work, life, and play. Emma uses a holistic, personalised approach—combining modern diagnostic techniques with naturopathic wisdom—to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Amy Hasloch is a dedicated Smart Bowen® therapist and the founder of Free Rein Therapies. After a personal journey with chronic pain led her to the transformative power of Bowen Therapy, she dedicated herself to helping others (and animals too) find relief and regain freedom from pain. Amy's approach is gentle and restorative, focusing on bringing the body back into balance and encouraging overall wellbeing through her unique work with people, dogs and horses.

Saturday Arts Social is a free multi-arts programme and morning tea for our 60+ community every Saturday morning, including concerts, art workshops, dance/movement classes and artist talks.
