This pregnancy circle is based on the bestselling book, The Nurture Revolution by Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum. The mission is to teach mothers the science and the art of growing lifelong health for their babies and themselves—starting before birth. During pregnancy, mothers and babies undergo powerful brain development and bonding already starts in utero. When we provide nurture at this stage, we are already starting to lay the foundation for emotional security, resilience, and long-term mental and physical wellness.

These pregnancy circles are a series of gatherings for expecting mothers, guided by a Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner. In a series of 10, 90-minute sessions, we cover the key topics that mothers need to know to grow lifelong health for their babies and themselves.

You get:

✨ An expert to guide you and answer all of your questions about your baby and yourself.

✨ A new topic and a new parenting practice each session.

✨ Peer support from the other pregnant mothers in your group.
