You begin with a delicious dinner cooked by a local chef, discover clever kitchen tips and tricks that you never knew you needed and get fantastic recipes and resources, all designed to help you and your household reduce your food waste and save money in the process. Sounds simple? It is, and it’s also super effective.

We, with help from our friends at Sustainable Queenstown, have teamed up again with local chef and zero waste legend, Alvaro Briones, who’s passionate about making the most of what’s on hand and leaving no carrot behind.  At our launch event, Alvaro will prepare a delicious dinner for you to enjoy as we kick off the programme. You’ll hear more about what’s in store, learn practical tips to keep on top of your grocery shop with minimal waste, and receive the resources you’ll need at home.

Bring your whānau, bring your friends and bring your flatties, and make every bite count!

Early bird tickets are on sale now and are $15 (until 15th April) per person for the four week programme including dinner and drinks at both the launch and wrap events. All proceeds go to KiwiHarvest Queenstown & Central Lakes.
