Through mindful, controlled movements, they will have the opportunity to realign their bodies, achieve inner peace and balance, improve body awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of consciousness.


About your facilitator:
Yuxin Liu has been a group fitness instructor since 2016, a Tai Chi and yoga teacher since 2018. She is a 20th-generation practitioner of Chen Style Taijiquan and disciple of Master Chen Zhonghua. She offers regular weekly classes as well as private sessions in Queenstown and wider regions. She also invites Master Chen Zhonghua to New Zealand for annual workshops. The practice is not easy but rewarding in so many ways. Yuxin is devoted in sharing, teaching and promoting this traditional art in Aotearoa.

Community Craft is a free, drop-in night for exploring all kinds of artistic craft - from writing and dancing to sewing and beyond. Whether you're trying something new or continuing a creative practice, this is a relaxed, welcoming space to connect and make alongside others. Open to all levels and ages. All welcome.
