Step into something cozy and just a little competitive. Week One of our Bartender Brawl Challenge kicks off with Mike bringing homemade farm comfort to the tavern with his signature cocktail: The Tea Box.
Inspired by a classic, this drink wraps you in rich bourbon, spiced pear, and iced black tea; the kind of cocktail you sip by a crackling indoor fire, (like the one in our tavern).

• Bulleit Bourbon
• House-made Spiced Pear Syrup
• Iced Black Tea
• Lemon
• Garnished with a freeze-dried pear and lemon slice
Meet Mike — an Army veteran raised between Daytona Beach and the backwoods of West Virginia, now calling Kent Island home with his wife and son. He loves sports, bourbon, and a great beer, and he’s also a leukemia bone marrow donor.
This is Week One of the Bartender Brawl, where each bartender competes for bragging rights and a permanent spot on our cocktail menu.
