Description

In this exciting edition of Dynamic Duo, express your creativity through both movement and art!

Members will first get hands-on with air dry clay, exploring basic modelling and design techniques while creating their own unique take-home pieces, followed by an energizing Zumba session led by our favourite instructor, William.

IMPORTANT

• Members must be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members who require 2 caregivers’ assistance.
• Due to limited slots per CORE activity, if a member is absent 3 consecutive times without a valid reason, his/her slot will be given to members on the waiting list.

About

William is a returning instructor with the YAS! Family and has been a fitness instructor for over 25 years, with experience teaching a wide variety of fitness activities such as kickboxing, circuit training, step aerobics. He is certified in Zumba, yoga, aqua aerobics and FloatFit and has taught at special need schools, mainstream schools, senior centres, fitness and private clubs.
