In this playful and powerful 2-day workshop, kids will get to meet Joy, Sadness, Anger, Disgust, Fear, and Worry—learning how each emotion plays an important role in their lives.Through interactive storytelling, creative movement, guided exercises, and hands-on fun, children will explore their feelings and discover simple, effective ways to express and manage them.Emotions don’t have to be overwhelming—this workshop makes them fun to understand!Led by mental health professionals, this safe and supportive environment encourages self-discovery, confidence, and emotional resilience.Throughout the workshop, your child will:?
