Winter Solstice 108 Sun Salutation Ritual

The 108 Sun Salutation Winter Solstice practice is a ritual that honors seasonal change and reconnects us with the earth’s natural pace. Through steady breath and mindful repetition, we will create warmth from within, release what we no longer need, and set intentions for the season ahead.

Flow includes warm-up and setting intentions then the 108 Salutations has four different rounds. We conclude with mantra chanting to release & renew.
