Then, we continue with a rotating / interactive / magical mindfulness story, where imagination meets calm. The journey continues with the “Mini Sound Healers Club”: where kids have the opportunity to explore soothing healing instruments, feel sound in their hands, and discover how music can quiet the mind.Sprinkled throughout: bubbles, stickers, and mini journal entries to carry a bit of the magic home.Bring a yoga mat or picnic blanket.
