The VCACA is a community-based, traditional and performing multicultural arts organization. We are committed to elevating the quality of life of residents and improving the community's ability to attract economic activity through presentation of quality multicultural programs and entertainment activities, while serving as a charitable resource to economically disadvantaged individuals and families in our community.
