There's continuous oak forest here and I promise you'll feel immersed in nature and forget you're in New York City!We'll enter the park and hike 30 minutes pausing for a 5 minute meditative breathing exercise followed by a 20 minute nature journaling session where we'll write, sketch, trace, doodle, or notate our impressions.
