I understand the inherent risks and potential hazards associated with these activities, including the risk of injury and serious bodily harm. I affirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would impede my participation in the “Activities.”- I assume all risks of personal injury, harm, or property damage associated with participation in the “Activities.”- I am at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian is required to register on your behalf, thereby agreeing to be bound by the terms of the volunteer release and waiver, along with any other parents or guardians associated with the volunteer.- I assume full responsibility for myself and any dependents or minors accompanying me during the event, even those who are not explicitly registered in this event registration.- I grant Abuela Neighborhood Maintenance and its representatives unrestricted permission to use my name, likeness, voice, photographs, videos, quotations, and activities related to Abuela Neighborhood Maintenance for promotional purposes in perpetuity.
