The stories we've inherited. The promises we've made to ourselves. The labels we've accepted. The identities we've rehearsed. The sentences our bodies may still be organizing themselves around.We'll explore questions like:What words have been shaping the way I live? Which of them are actually mine? Which were inherited, learned, or once necessary? What am I ready to stop rehearsing? And what might become possible if I choose my words more intentionally?What have you been carrying?What has your body been communicating?Where might you be ready to listen differently?This isn't about replacing every difficult thought with something prettier.
