If you are attending, please fill out this volunteer waiver. Note: Every attendee must fill out waiver. If you have others joining, please ensure they fill out the waiver above as well.Location: Cunningham Picnic Area Parking Lot [Please use pinned location here and not eventbrite travel directions]Time: 10am - 1pmDuring this training you will learn:How to identify and assess trail conditionsWays to mitigate trail concernsPlant identification and introduced species management techniquesStandard trail corridor dimensions & how to prune native vegetation using basic arboriculture methodsWhat should you bring:A water bottleWeather appropriate clothingLong pantsSturdy, closed toe shoesAll participants are encouraged to attend the Super Steward Orientation prior to training. You can register for the Super Steward Orientation on the NYC Parks Super Steward website (there is one every month).
