Step into your power with our Chains Aerial Workshop, where strength meets sensuality. This workshop focuses on building control, grace, and confidence as you move through breathtaking poses and transitions using aerial chains.

You’ll explore techniques that combine artistry, fluidity, and endurance — all while learning how to command your presence both in the air and on the floor. No prior experience with chains is required, but a background in aerial, pole, or dance is recommended.
