Join for a fun date night at Switch Brews (bring a partner or friend) on Saturday, Feb 21st at 7pm.
Each Ticket will include 2 wine flights (four 5 oz pours per flight), 8 specialty chocolates from Zak's Chocolates (you pick your pairings), and 2 canvases (with all supplies provided) to paint a portrait of your partner.
Specialty Chocolates from ZAK's are going to be out of this world:
* Simply Chocolate Truffle (for light reds & medium-bodied whites)
* Prickly Pear (for Pinot Noir and brighter reds)
* Blackberry Cardamom (favorite to pair with heavier/bold reds)
* White Chocolate Passion Fruit - creamy with a little tanginess (for full-bodied whites)
* Ginger Lime - dark chocolate ganache with mild lime flavor that is tamed by a touch of ginger (goes with brighter whites)
* Milk Chocolate with creamy ganache center (for medium-bodied reds or porters)
* Earl Grey Lavender - (for sparkling wines and whites)
* Cinnamon Plum (awesome with reds like Rioja, Syrah, Zinfindel, Malbec)
