La première partie s’adapte au groupe du jour : jeux, explorations vocales, ou accompagnement dans la mise en place de cercles de chant selon les besoins et l’expérience des participant·es. Une mini-pause permettra ensuite de se détendre un peu avant de plonger dans la pratique collective.
La deuxième heure est consacrée aux cercles de chant : une pratique inspirée des cercles popularisés par Bobby McFerrin, où l’on explore le chant spontané en groupe. Chacun peut proposer, suivre, inventer… L’important, c’est l’écoute, le plaisir et l’instant présent. ✨

The first part adapts to the group of the day: vocal games, collective explorations, or guided support in setting up singing circles, depending on the participants’ experience and needs. A short break follows before diving into the collective practice.
The second hour is devoted to singing circles — a collective practice inspired by those popularized by Bobby McFerrin, where we explore spontaneous group singing. Anyone can propose, follow, invent… What matters most is listening, enjoyment, and being in the moment. ✨
