We all know how stressful this time of year can be. Maybe there are gifts to buy, families to entertain, homes to clean and or decorations to be hung.
Even if you are not one to celebrate, it's easy to get swept away by the frantic energy that surrounds.
Sensitivities run high, additional demands on your time and energy, this season can be far from fun and folly.
In this workshop we'll delve into the myriad of emotions, expectations, family dynamics and obligations. Exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and the elements through movement, ways to centre and connect with the breath and yoga nidra to replenish our reserves. There will be dinner and a take home treat.
