Fusion Yoga

Fusion Yoga classes in 2026 will have an additional focus on two restorative poses using a bolster and blocks each week to deepen stretches and encourage relaxation.

We’ll provide the blocks, so bring your bolster to help you to get into a comfortable, relaxed position.

Classes resume on the 4th of February 2026 at 7.30pm in the Jerrabomberra Community Centre Waratah Room.
