Come learn the fundamentals of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress relief and relaxation that promotes healing on all levels – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
The word “Reiki” translates to universal life force energy. “Rei” means universal, spiritual consciousness, or higher power, and “ki” means life energy or vital life force, similar to chi and prana. Reiki combines universal energy (or spiritual consciousness energy/higher power energy) with the life force energy of the body.
Receiving an attunement to the first level or first degree of Reiki connects you to Reiki energy, enabling you to channel and direct Reiki energy for the highest good of yourself and others around you.

This class is presented by Rachel, Reiki Master Teacher (you may know also know Rachel from Drums Manifest Truth). Rachel has been practicing Reiki for 12 years and teaching for five.
This Level 1 Reiki class is for those who are ready to start their Reiki journey and for those already attuned through Magic Goodness and looking for more hands-on practice or a refresher before receiving the next attunement.
Because this class includes printed materials, I will need confirmation of your intent to attend this class no later than Sunday, November 30, as well as the spelling of your name as you’d like it to appear on your printed materials.
