# Event Details - **Event Name**: 2027 Truck Camper Adventure Quartzsite Rally - **Event Start and End Date**: Wed, 10 Feb, 2027 at 12:00 pm – Wed, 10 Feb, 2027 at 02:00 pm (-07:00) - **Event Description**: This is the largest and best truck camper rally in the world with over 400 truck campers and 700 people expected in 2027.About this EventAn educational event with an emphasis on safety and responsible use of our public lands, and hosted by Truck Camper Adventure website, this is the largest and probably the best truck camper rally in America. In February 2026, we hosted 375 truck campers and expect even more campers and interest in 2027.This is a truck camper rally, meaning you must own a hard-side or pop-up truck camper to attend (truck toppers, camper shells, and chassis-mounted campers are okay too). We encourage anyone and everyone with a truck camper to attend, including those who own classic truck campers, like Avions and old Alaskans, and those who built their own DIY camper. The rally will include a top rig winner that will be voted on by the attendees.The rally is scheduled for February 10-14, 2027 with the check-in scheduled for February 10 at noon. The rally consists of workshops and classes, contests, music, a sponsored drawing, vendors, and a truck camper “open house” to view campers owned by others attending the rally. Attendees will receive a colored wristband as well as gifts for attendees. Attendees with dogs will also receive a goodie bag.TICKETS FOR THE 2027 RALLY WILL BE $50.00. TICKETS ARE SOLD BY CAMPER NOT BY PERSON.WE WILL ALSO ACCEPT LAST-MINUTE WALK-INS. ONE-DAY PASSES WILL ALSO BE SOLD FOR $25.00, BUT THESE PERSONS MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SATURDAY NIGHT DRAWING.Like previous Truck Camper Adventure rallies, this will be a boondocking rally held at the Roadrunner Wash BLM Area 6 miles south of Quartzsite. This means attendees should top of their fresh water holding tanks and empty all waste tanks prior to the rally. No hookups and other amenities will be provided. Pack it in, pack it out. A few portable toilets, however, will be provided for the convienence of those attending classes far from their campers.Quartzsite, Arizona is the perfect place to hold a truck camper rally. Known as the boondocking capital of the world, Quartzsite has almost everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including RV repair and supply shops, solar and battery vendors, gas stations with diesel and propane, potable water, dump stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. Cell reception is generally good, but may be a bit slow at times due to the number of people in Quartzsite competing for the limited amount of bandwidth.The weather in February should just about be perfect. Expect temperatures in upper 60s/low 70s during the day and in the 40s during the night. The elevation of the Roadrunner Wash is 1,065 feet. Prepare for strong winds and possibly rain. Please don't ask.Directions to the BLM Roadrunner Wash: Take the I-10 to Quartzsite. Get off on the Highway 95 exit and head south on Highway 95. Travel approximately 6 miles and turn right (west) on 53rd Street N. (do not enter the BLM area using the Highway 95 entrance due to the presence of deep sand on the main road). The Roadrunner Wash BLM area will immediately be on your right and will be marked by a Roadrunner Wash BLM Area Kiosk and a Truck Camper Adventure feather flag. Follow the orange traffic cones to the west to get to the rally. Another alternative, is to simply take Old Yuma Road (dirt) north to the rally.
