September Sound bath in Qu'Appelle

Where: 50+ Club in Qu'Appelle, 38 Qu'Appelle Street
When: Wednesday September 17th
Time: 7:00pm to 8:00pm
Exchange: $20 or $30 if you would like a personalized tarot reading.
What to bring: Bring a zero gravity chair or a yoga matt, bolster/pillows (to help prop your legs up under the knee and your head up so you can relax and be comfy), a blanket, and open intentions.
I will be mostly focused on the singing bowls, but will also intermittently include a small gong and a wave drum for about an hour. The meditation will be focused on the time of year, harvest and how we can invite abundance into our lives. The tarot reading will also have the same theme.
