pose lab is a four-part workshop series designed to slow things down, ask better questions, and explore yoga poses with more clarity and confidence. each session focuses on a specific family of poses, breaking them down in a thoughtful, accessible way so you can understand the why behind the shape—not just the shape itself.
these workshops are part lab, part practice. expect exploration, options, props, and time to feel what’s happening in your body. pose lab is open to all levels and especially supportive for students who enjoy learning, refining, and deepening their practice.
workshop schedule:
saturday, 1/31, 11:00am-12:30pm
flow & rest: sun salutations + savasana
explore the building blocks of sun salutations and the art of intentional rest. learn how effort and ease work together on the mat.
sunday, 2/15, 1:00–2:30pm
ground & rise: standing + balance poses
build strength, stability, and confidence through standing and balance postures, with a focus on alignment and adaptability.
sunday, 3/7, 1:00–2:30pm
spiral & connect: twists + binds
unwind the body through twists and explore binds as tools for mobility, breath awareness, and integration.
saturday, 3/15, 11:00am-12:30pm
open & close: backbends + forward folds
investigate spinal movement in both directions, learning how to support your body in opening and folding with intention.
