once upon a mat: fairytales, yoga, & the four directions

fairytales are more than stories — they are ancient vessels of wisdom, carrying codes for transformation and healing. in this 90-minute experiential class, we’ll explore the deeper layers of fairytales as portals to personal and collective awakening.

through intuitive fate-telling, gentle movement, and guided connection with the spirits of the four directions, you’ll be invited to step into your own living myth and discover the magic that has always been within you.

come with curiosity and a willingness to be surprised — by story, by movement, and by the whispers of the unseen. this is a space for seekers, dreamers, and those ready to awaken their inner magic.

note: this class is designed with adults in mind. children are welcome to attend, but their experience will feel more like yoga paired with story rather than the deeper exploration intended.
