about the series
inversions invite us to see the world from a new perspective, build strength, and explore playfulness in our practice. each workshop will include mindful warm-ups for the wrists, shoulders, core, and spine, plus drills to prepare the body for balance and stability. expect to work with props such as the wall, trx straps, and blocks to support your journey into flight. whether you’re brand new to being upside down or looking to refine your technique, these sessions will guide you step by step.
