The body is offered the opportunity to heal itself with the help of sound and vibration.​Imagine yourself in a beautiful nurturing space comfortably surrounded by pillows and blankets as you absorb the healing sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and many more instruments.​Set this time aside to nourish your nervous system. These powerfully healing sound sessions bring you exactly the frequency that you need.​Doors open 30 minutes prior to start time to give you time to get cozy. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.​​Sounds begin promptly at the scheduled time followed by light stretching and reflection and/or journaling.​The Sanctuary provides mats, bolsters, and blankets however bring a pillow and/or blanket or whatever you need to comfortably lay on the floor. Also bring water for hydration and a journal to record the magic from your session.​
