The one-night-only event offers guests a rare opportunity to witness Zushi’s master chef expertly break down a whole premium Bluefin tuna from head to tail, showcasing the precision, skill and traditional techniques behind every cut.

Following the live demonstration, guests will enjoy a specially curated nine-course degustation celebrating the versatility of Bluefin tuna. Highlights include Sydney Rock oysters with sparkling wine on arrival, an indulgent tuna tartare with sea urchin and black truffle, a selection of premium sashimi and nigiri, crispy tuna cheek katsu, and a sesame-crusted medium-rare tuna steak, before finishing with a refined Earl Grey and chocolate dessert.

The degustation is priced at $150 per person, with an optional premium wine and sake pairing available for an additional $65 per person.
