The UTS LSS Gilbert + Tobin Mooting Mentoring Program: Pathway to Practice Panel will allow students to hear from a number of experienced solicitors and barristers with questions focusing on their journey to becoming a lawyer, what it takes to become a successful advocate, how to prepare for a hearing, appellate advocacy, and other experiences which highlight what makes a career in law rewarding.

Students will also have the opportunity to submit their own questions, providing an invaluable opportunity to receive first-hand advice from professional advocates. 

The panel will be held in-person at Gilbert + Tobin’s Sydney Office, located at Level 35, Tower Two, International Towers, 200 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW 2000 on Monday 20 April from 6:00pm to 8:30 pm.
