Through regular QiGong practice, you can boost your health, energy, and longevity — helping you feel more balanced and get more out of life.Our classes take place on the beautiful rooftop at Soul Agenda.Fridays — 45 minutes (with Dan)Sundays — 60 minutes (with Carol)We have a shaded undercover area for sunny or light-drizzle days.On Tuesdays, if the weather is not suitable, the class will be held inside the studio downstairs.If the class is listed on Momence, it’s going ahead — rain or shine!Please BYO mat and note that in case the weather is not on our side, the class will be held at the studio downstairs.
