This session will help you connect with and care for this part of yourself, building self-compassion and understanding.In this workshop, you’ll experience:- Grounding & Safe Space: A grounding practice and short introduction to create emotional safety.- Personal Story & Practical Tools: I will share my own experience of inner child healing and guide you through simple tools to connect with your inner child.- Guided Meditation: A supportive meditation to help you reconnect, listen to, and care for the parts of you that need healing.- Journaling & Reflection: Time to write, reflect, and integrate insights. Sharing remains optional.- Take-Home Resources: Journaling prompts and practices for continued exploration at home.About Justyna’s Approach:All four workshops are grounded in my own journey of healing from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve learnt what it means to rebuild safety, trust, and connection with myself, slowly — and I bring those lessons into the way I guide others.My approach blends holistic, trauma-informed practices with mindfulness and somatic awareness, always centred on choice and emotional safety.Each session includes:- Gentle grounding and breathwork to support emotional regulation and presence- Somatic tools to notice and release where emotions live in the body- Trauma-informed principles so nothing feels forced — sharing is always optional.- Mindfulness and reflective practices like guided meditation and journaling to deepen insight and self-compassionI don’t teach from a distance — I share parts of my own story because I know how isolating the healing process can feel. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that you can apply in your daily life.
